Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend making a new purchase after your return is approved. This ensures faster processing and availability.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
